We don’t have to tell you about Joe Wicks. You, like us, are probably already one of his dedicated 1.7m Instagram followers, constantly double-tapping on the delicious quick-fire recipes he uploads, all of which remove any excuse to reach for the takeaway menu and dial up a greasy curry ever again.

In fact, so popular is the Body Coach that, incredibly, he’s behind the second best-selling cookbook in the UK, chasing some guy called Jamie Oliver, having sold more than one million copies of his award-winning Lean In 15. Yup, Wicks is a biiig deal now, and with stacks of super-fast, tasty and healthy recipe ideas under his belt – like the ten favourites we’ve pulled out below – it’s not hard to see why.
